Vertical Typhoon

This website provides hoizontal and vertical sections of typhoons generated from GPV data (GSM and MSM) by Japan Meteorological Agency.

（2010-08-06） Errors in the vertical section of Old GSM were fixed.

MSM Data

  • July 1, 2002 - February 28, 2006 : Old MSM (00UTC, 06UTC, 12UTC, 18UTC)
  • March 1, 2007 - : New MSM (00UTC, 03UTC, 06UTC, 09UTC, 12UTC, 15UTC, 18UTC, 21UTC)
